By now Mahoney’s problems with his mistress has been forgotten to those who so closely followed the election. I haven’t forgotten and neither has the FBI. They are currently investigating Mahoney’s actions concerning his mistress. (The Democrats aren’t looking too good this year….here is a partial list Hillary Clinton, the Obamessiah, Mahoney, Richardson, Blagojevich and Charlie Rangel … as if Democrats haven’t been involved in activities that border on criminal before. This along with a disapproval rating of 91%.)

I am not at all surprised. The Democrats and the MSM have always been critical of the Republican Party and the criminals amongst them. Well it seems turn about is fair play, the FBI is now investigating Mahoney and Richardson too. I do wish MSM could be true to their vocation but we know they never will. In fact they keep drinking at the Koolaid fountain, so totally infatuated with the RESIDENT EVIL SELECT.

The FBI has begun questioning witnesses as part of its investigation in whether outgoing Rep. Tim Mahoney (D-Fla.) violated any laws in putting his former mistress on the congressional payroll, sources familiar with the probe tell ABCNews.com.

The sources say that the FBI is focusing whether Mahoney may have made false statements in hiring his then mistress, Patricia Allen, in his congressional office.

It is unclear how many people have been questioned by the FBI. Mahoney is certainly under the bus with so many others. Read on:

Mahoney’s attorney declined to comment but the congressman, who admitted to having multiple affairs, has said he did not violate any laws. “My personal behavior has been unacceptable.” But, he said, “I haven’t violated my oath of office. I haven’t broken any laws.”

Interestingly enough he won election after Mark Foley’s abrupt resignation after he was disgraced. When he ran for Foley’s vacated seat he ran on the following message:

The affair between Mahoney and Allen began, according to the current and former staffers, in 2006 when Mahoney was campaigning for Congress against Foley, promising “a world that is safer, more moral.”

At the time, Mahoney’s campaign ads featured a picture of him with his wife, Terry, with the line, “Restoring America’s Values.”

What values Mahoney? Certainly not America’s values since you and this country are a morass of immorality. And you can’t possibly make this stuff up at all.

Following his election in 2006, Allen was hired, at taxpayers expense, to work on Mahoney’s Congressional staff in Florida, at a yearly salary of $36,000.

After complaints about the affair circulated in Washington, Allen was moved to the campaign staff, the staffers say.

It is obvious that Mahoney did little to make this world safer and he certainly didn’t restore anyone’s moral values, let alone his own. And for that he was justly rewarded:

One former top campaign aide told ABCNews.com that Mahoney acknowledged the woman had spent the week at his Washington apartment but shrugged off warnings such behavior could cause him political trouble. The aides said the woman was also seen with Mahoney at restaurants and at his Washington DC apartment late at night.

Mahoney lost his reelection in November to former Navy lawyer and Republican Tom Rooney. His wife has also filed for divorce.
